Rosemary is a Reiki Master of the Usui Reiki System as well as the creator of the Kava Reiki System (heart healing). She continues to expand her knowledge of spirituality and healing, currently focusing on playing the kalimba and exploring the effect that music has on the mind, body, and soul.
Rosemary has been an avid writer for most of her life, starting with personal journals and moving onto self-help and alternative healing articles. She has been involved in creative writing roleplay for more than two decades, at one time running her own online creative writing roleplay forum before progressing into writing and publishing her own works.
Stuck at Thirteen is her second book to be published..
