Cage Life - Miles Watson
Crime Thriller (Mystery/Suspense) (292 Pages - February 2016)
Cage Life is a Neo-Noir crime novel featuring a trouble-prone protagonist, an MMA fighter from New York.
- "Rich language, memorable characters, and sharp dialogue are clearly Watson's stock in trade. Cage Life takes you on a trip through the world of mixed martial arts and then makes a detour, dropping you smack dab in the middle of the New York City mob. You're never quite sure what's coming next, a choke hold or a bullet to the back of the neck." - Reader Review

It's the punch you don't see coming that drops you.
Any fighter can tell you that. And Mickey Watts isn't just any fighter; he's one of the best in mixed martial arts, a top contender who seems to have it all: looks, brains and rich girlfriend who's crazy about him.
The fact his family is mobbed-up to its Irish-Italian eyebrows has never been a problem...until Mick throws one punch too many and finds that some debts can only be paid in blood.
